Back in the 80's the story was told. After searching the world over, this most elegant and cared for breed of bull was found in Tuscany, near Florence, Italy. They are a white animal and their beef is the most sought after (and expensive), known as "Fiorentina". The breed is called Palluto. They graze in the Tuscan hills and only here can this raw material be purchased.
Now 30 years later, as all our hides, we have expanded our European sourcing to include more than just Italy, southern Germany, Switzerland too.
Also known as the "gem" of the collection. It is consistently the most popular of all our leathers in volume for sure. Big beautiful tight grain hides.
It is a durable leather for all applications and will wear in beautifully.
